Oh Happy Day

Iraq is now free or peaceful and they may or may not have a constitution!

School painiting and art contests for imprisoned childern are all the rage. There is, however, a single tiny blip on our happiness bubble that can and should be rationalized away by comparing these five deaths to our highway fatalities at home as if we could have highway fatalities over there so we don't have to have highway fatalities over here.*
