This is the United States of America where they track every high school child for grades and suseptibility to military recruitment. This administration has been adamant about their intent to continue spying and datamining the citizens who pay their salaries.
A foreign country with ties to 9/11 gets to take over a half dozen of the largest ports in America and they don't have to tell the government diddly squat because this administration made a secret agreement with them to keep their doings shielded.
