It Takes Two Thirds to Change The Rules

I think that our Senate Republicans should leave the country if they hate it so much. They could take Pat Robertson and James Dobson with them to a nice country that already has the dictatorship they desire so much.

If they just want to change a rule, they can follow the established rules to do it, anything else is unconstitutional and illegal. Anything else is cheating.
