Happy Mother's Day Mrs. Padilla

Three years ago today your son was picked up by federal agents. Three years or 1095 days and three court rulings have passed and yet your son has not been charged with any crime whatsoever or been allowed to speak to his lawyer.

I'm sure you wonder if he is well, you might occasionally speculate on the likelihood of him being tortured wherever our government has him stashed today if he is alive at all.

I heard from my children today, I wish that you could be granted the same rights the rest of us have. Happy Mother's Day Mrs. Padilla, I promise to do what I can to make sure that our government abandons the notion they can just disappear our sons and daughters.
