Stupid or Still Lying?

Saddam Hussein was a lot of things, but a threat to America and the world wasn't one of them.

One friend insists that George is a good man who just happens to surround himself with very bad people, completely helpless in the sea of their wickedness. I think that he is a greedy yet empty man child who enjoys the suffering of others.
