College Dem GOTV Strategies

This article has been parked in my browser for four days now, and not completely because of dataguy's fantasy to:

"really motivate college students by talking about 1) their costs in loans 2) reminding them that Republicans have cut grants 3) reminding them that Republicans have raised interest rates on college loans and 4) noting that the Democrats will be passing a bill to cut college loan rates in half."

There were some other pretty good party organizational ideas in there as well, my favorite one is to be social.
